No. Law/Legn-10/2022.-The following Act of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly which was passed in the Ninth Session of the Seventh LegislativeAssembly and received the assent of the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is hereby published for general information.

(Receiyed the assent of the Governor on 22nd Aptil,20221 THE ARUNODAYA UNIVERS]TY ARUNACHAL PRADESH (AilERNDMENT I ACT, 2022 (ACT NO. 11 OF 20221 An Act to amend the Arunodaya University Arunachal Pradesh Act, 2014 (Act No. 13 of 2014).

Be it enacted by the Legislature ofArunachal Pradesh in the Seventy{hird Year ofthe Republic o, lndia as follows :-

1. (1) This Act may be called theArunodaya University Arunachal Short title and commencement Pradesh (Amendment) Act, 2022.
2. (2) lt shall come into force on the date of it's publicatron in the Official Gazette.

In the Arunodaya University Arunachal Pradesh Act, 2014 (Act No. 13 of 2014) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the existing entries in clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of section 14 the following shall be substituted; "(a) The Visitor; (b) The Chancellor; (c) The Vice-Chancellor; (d) The Registrar; (e) The Finance Officer; and (f) Such other officers as may be declared by the statutes to be authorities and officers of the University."

In the Principal Act, in sub-section (1) of section 16, the words "with the prior approval of the Visitor" appearing in the last part of the sentence shall be deleted.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the Principal Act prior to this amendment shall be valid unless revoked or annulled by the State Government.
