The Arunachal Pradesh Speaker and Deputy Speaker Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1987

Short title and commencement. —

1. (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Speaker and Deputy Speaker Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1987.
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 1987.

Amendment of section 3. — In section 3 of the Arunachal Pradesh Speaker and Deputy Speaker Salaries and Allowances Act, 1983 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), —

1. (a) in clause (a), for the words "one thousand and five hundred rupees", the words "two thousand and two hundred and fifty rupees" shall be substituted;
2. (b) in clause (b), for the words "one thousand and two hundred rupees", the words "one thousand and eight hundred rupees" shall be substituted.
