Marriages not invalidated.

No marriage required to be recorded under this Act shall be deemed to be invalid by reason of the fact that it was not recorded under this Act or that the memorandum was not delivered or sent to the Sub-Divisional Marriage Recorder or Marriage Reporter or that such memorandum was ineffective, irregular and incorrect.
