The Arunachal Pradesh ( Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendemnt) Act, 2021

1. (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendment) Act, 2021.

1. (2) It shall come into force at once.

2. In the sub-section (2) of section 2 of the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendment) Act, 2013, (Act No. 2 of 2014), by which sub-section (4A) was inserted in section 4 of the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) Act, 1980 (Act No. 3 of 1980), (Principal Act), for the words "with district headquarter at Jamin" appearing in last para of the sentence, the words " with district headquarter at Palin" shall be substituted.

3. In sub-section (2) of the section 4 of the 2013 Act, by which sub-section (2B) was inserted, in section 6 of the Principal Act, the entry, "(iv) Upper Lekang" shall be deleted.
