The Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) (Amendment) Act, 2025

(1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) (Amendment) Act, 2025. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 2003 (Act No. 2 of 2003), in Section 12, under clause (iii) after the first proviso, the following second proviso shall be inserted: "Provided further that the State Government may, by notification, appoint any other officer, not below the rank of Deputy Commissioner as appellate authority where the Deputy Commissioner while acting as an Estate Officer has passed an order against which appeal is filed"
