Short title, extent and commencement

1. (i) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 2003.

1. (ii) It extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
2. (iii) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of the Act.
