Short title extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulatory Commission) Act, 2017. (2) It shall apply to all the Private Educational Institutions established in the State of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
