  1. (1) In the principal Act, in section 57, the words, "Anchal Samiti" wherever appear except sub-section
    • (c) and
    • (l) shall be deleted.
  2. (2) In the principal Act, in section 57, in sub-section
    • (c) and
    • (l) the words "Anchal Samiti" shall be substituted by the words "erstwhile Anchal
