The Arunachal Pradesh (Obsolete and Redundant Regulations) Repeal Act, 2022

(1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh (Obsolete and Redundant Regulations) Repeal Act, 2022. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

From the date of commencement of this Act, the following three Obsolete and Redundant Regulations, namely, (i) The Excluded Areas (Epidemic Diseases) Regulation, 1941, (ii) The North Eastern (Abo Hills, Mishmi Hills, Balipara, Tirap and Lakhimpur) Tracts Cooperative Societies Regulation, 1949 and (iii) The Mishmi Hills District (Home Guards) Regulation, 1950, shall stand repealed.
