Chapter I PRELIMINARY
Statutory text
- (1) ThisAct may be called theArunachal Pradesh Lokayukta Act, 2014.
- (2) ltextends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
- (3) lt shall be applicable to the public servants of the State ofArunachal Pradesh seruing in and outside the State and the public servants underthe control of Government ofArunachal Pradesh.
- (4) lt shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
