Short title, extent and commencement:
- (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026.
- (2) It shall extend to whole of Arunachal Pradesh.
- (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
