Short title, extent and commencement

(1) ThisAct may be called theArunachal Pradesh $ate lndian Medicine CouncilAct, 2013. (2) lt extends to the whole of State of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) lt shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may by notification, in the Official Gazette, appoint.
