The Arunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budeget management ( Amendment) Act, 2020

(1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment) Act, 2020. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st March, 2020.

In the Arunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006), in section 4, sub-section (3), after clause (g), the following clause shall be added : "(h) There shall be one-time special dispensation during 2019-20 in availing additional borrowing of rupees eight hundred seven crore only, beyond the State's eligibility".
