Short title, extent and commencement.—
- (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Fire Service Force Act, 1991.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of the Union territory of Arunachal Pradesh.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
