Superintendence of Fire Service to vest in the Government

Superintendence of Fire Service to vest in the Government : The superintendence and control over the Fire and Emergency Services throughout Arunachal Pradesh shall vest in the State Government of Arunachal Pradesh and the Fire and Emergency Service will be administered by Director General of Police, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and of any Rules made thereunder, through such Fire Officers of the State Government or Director General of Police as the case may be, from time to time, appointed in this behalf.
