THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH EYES (AUTHORITY FOR USE FOR THERAPEUTIC PURPOSES) ACT, 1991 (Act No. 3 1992) Received the assent of the Governor on 4th February, 1992 AN ACT to provide for the use of eyes of deceased persons for therapeutic purposes and for matters connected therewith. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows :— 1. (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Short title, Pradesh Eyes (Authority for Use for Therapeutic extent and Purposes) Act, 1991. commence-
