License required for Depositing or keeping intoxicant in warehouse or other place of storage

No person shall, except under the authority and subject to the terms and conditions of license granted by the Excise Commissioner, deposit or keep any intoxicant in any warehouse or other place of storage established authorised or continued under this Act.
