Issue of guidelines

The State Government may, with a view to ensuring the proper functioning of the Committee, issue from time to time such administrative orders, directions and instructions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and rules, as they deem fit for the purposes of this Act and in particular in relation to the preparation of appropriate plans.
