Establishment of separate Cells in Directorate of Higher & Technical Education.

Two permanent cells shall be established at the office of the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, each headed by an officer:- 1. one for handling the affairs of private institutions of general higher education; and 2. another for handling the affairs of technical education;
