Short title, extent and commencement

(l) This Act may be called The Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneurs and Professionals (lncentive, Developmenl and Promotional) Bill, 2015. (2) lt extends to the whole ofArunachal Pradesh (3) lt shall come into force on such date as the Stale Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoints.
