Appeals

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Authority under this Act, may, within a period of thirty days from the date of such decision, prefer an appeal before the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. Provided that, the matter arising out of the order or decree of the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction the appeal shall lie before the High Court.
