The Andhra Pradesh Yogadhayana Parishad (Repeal) Act, 1990

Short title and commencement. -

1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Yogadhayana Parishad (Repeal) Act, 1990.
2. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.

Consequential provisions -1 3. Consequential provisions

1. (1) On and from the commencement of this Act, the Andhra Pradesh Yogadhayana Parishad (hereinafter referred to as the "Parishad") shall stand dissolved and the members of the Parishad shall vacate their offices.
2. (2) All the assets, rights and liabilities of the Parishad shall stand transferred to, and vest in, the Government.
3. (3) All legal proceedings pending at the commencement of this Act before any court, tribunal or other authority by or against the Parishad shall be continued by or against the Government.
4. (4) Every employee of the Parishad shall, on and from the commencement of this Act, stand transferred to the administrative control of the Department of Youth Services of the Government: Provided that the terms and conditions of service of such employee shall be continued to be governed by the rules and regulations as were applicable to them immediately before the commencement of this Act, until such time as they are otherwise regulated by the Government.
