The Andhra Pradesh Water Resources Development Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2017

1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Water Resources Development Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2017.
2. (2) It shall come into force on such date, as the Government may, by notification, appoint.

2. In the Andhra Pradesh Water Resources Development Corporation Act, 1997, in section 34,-

1. (i) in sub-section (1), the expression, “(1)” shall be omitted;
2. (ii) sub-section

1. (2) shall be omitted.
