Short title, extent and commencement -(1) This Act may be called the

Andhra Pradesh Water Resources Development Corporation Act, 1997.

1. (2) It shall extend to all the River Valleys in the State of Andhra Pradesh and other area or areas, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify.
