The Andhra Pradesh University (Amendment) Act, 1988

Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh University (Amendment) Act, 1988.

1. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 10th February, 1988.

Amendment of section 25 of Andhra Pradesh Act 4 of 1991.—In the Andhra Pradesh Universities Act, 1991, in section 25, in sub-section (2),—

1. (a) for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:— "(a) the Chancellor;"
2. (b) for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:— "(b) the Vice-Chancellor;"
