Power to remove difficulties - If any difficulty arises in giving effect in the transferred territories to the provisions of any Act extended by section 3 to those territories, the State Government may, by order notified in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, make such provisions or give such directions as appear to them to be necessary for the removal of the difficulty.
