Transfer of employees

(1) As from date of commencement of this Act, every person who immediately before that date is employed by the erstwhile department, may be transferred to the Authority or Commission as the case may be. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), Government shall have right to redeploy persons under the employment of the erstwhile department to any other government department or agency.
