1. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Telugu University (Amendment) Act, 1990.

1. (1) This Act may be called the Telugu University (Amendment) Act, 1990. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th February, 1990.
2. 2. In the Telugu University Act, 1985, in sub-section (1), for the words "Chief Minister", the word "Governor" shall be substituted.
