The Dentist (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2017

Short title and commencement:

1. (1) This Act may be called the Dentists (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2017.
2. (2) It shall come into force at once.

Amendment of Central Act 16 of 1948: In the Dentists Act, 1948, in section 3, in sub-section (2), in clause (a), for the words "one dentist registered in Part A of the Register of Dentists of each of the participating States", the words "one dentist registered in Part A of the Register of Dentists of each of the States, including the State of Andhra Pradesh" shall be substituted.
