1. Short title and commencement

- (1) This Act may be called the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2015.
- (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
2. Amendment of section
Statutory text
In the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, in section 1, in sub-section (4), in clauses (a),
- (b) and the provisio thereunder, for the word "twenty" the word "fifty" shall be substituted.
