  1. (1) This Act may be called the Contract Labour (Regulasion and Abolition) (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2003.
  2. (2) it. extends to the whoie of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
  3. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
