  1. (1) The Government may, from time to time, issue such directions to the Society Reconstruction Committee as it may deem necessary for the proper implementation of the provisions of this Act.
  2. (2) The Society Reconstruction Committee shall be bound to comply with all such directions issued by the Government under sub-section (1).
