Short title, extent, commencement and application -(1) This Act may be

called the Andhra Pradesh Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1971.

1. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
2. (3) It shall come into force in such area and on such date as the Government may by notification specify and they may specify different dates for different areas.
3. (4) It shall apply to every minor forest produce specified in the Schedule.
