The Andhra Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) (Amendment) Act, 1990

1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) (Amendment) Act, 1995
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 6th January, 1995

In the Andhra Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1961, in sub-section

1. (1) of section 21, for the words "thirty rupees", the words "one hundred rupees" shall be substituted.

The Andhxa Piadosb Sugarczno (Regulation of Supp!y one Purckase) (Amzndmont) Ordinance, 1995 is horoby repealed.

1. Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) (Amendment) Act, 1995.
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 6th January, 1995. 2. Amendment of section 21 in .the Andhra Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1961 for -clause
   • (a) in sub-sectian ( 3-D) of section 21, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(a] sub-sections

4. (5) shall apply From the date of .purchase of sugarcane from the 3. Repeal of Ordinance 7 of 1999 The Anehra Praarsh-- Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchese) (Anendment ) Ozdinance, 1999 is hereby repealed.
