Transfer with the approval of the Government

Not with standing anything contained in any other law for the time being in force or the provisions of this Act, the Appointing Authority, after obtaining approval from the State Government, in the interest of education or in the interest of public service for administrative reasons or in the larger public interest may transfer the services of any Headmaster Gr.II/Teacher to any other school.
