Short title, extent and commencement - This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited (Merger of certain Co-operative Societies) Act, 1983.

  1. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
  2. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd July, 1983.
