The Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-Operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1988

1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-operative society Limited (Merger of certain co-operative Societies) (Amendment) Act, 1988.
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd March, 1988.

1. (i) of subsection

1. (1) of section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Cooperative Society (Formation) Act, 1976, as modified by section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited (Merger of certain Co-operative Societies) Act, 1983, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(i) one representative of the Primary handloom weavers co-operative societies (other than Primary Wool Weavers Co-operative Societies) in each District to be elected from among themselves by the delegates of such societies".

-1 3. The Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers 4 of 1988. Co-operative Society Limited (Merger of certain Co- operative Societies) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1988, is hereby repealed.
