Short title, extent and commencement-(1)This Act may be called the

Andhra Pradesh State Development Corporation Act, 2020. (2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 29 th day of September 2020.
