Chapter IV FINANCE, ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT
Statutory text
- (1) The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of account in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed;
- (2) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited by such authority at such times and in such manner as may be prescribed.
