Expenditure not covered by the budget

1. (1) If during the financial year any sum is required to be spent and such expenditure is not covered by any provision in the budget grant or is in excess of the amount provided in the budget grant, the Corporation shall prepare a supplementary budget and get it approved by the Government.
2. (2) No expenditure shall be incurred by or on behalf of the Corporation unless such expenditure is covered by a budget grant or a supplementary budget.
