Short title, extent and commencement

Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Public Wakfs (Extension of Limitation Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1994;
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 1987.
