Statutory text
Short title, extent and commencement.-
- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractices and Unfair Means) Act, 1997.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th January, 1997.
