This Act prevents cheating and other malpractices in public examinations in Andhra Pradesh. It prohibits the use of unfair means, possession or leaking of question papers, tampering with evaluation or results, and taking money to secure admission. Publishing false or misleading information about examinations is also barred. Offences carry imprisonment and fines, officials who neglect their duties can be punished, and property gained from offences can be forfeited.
