Short title, extent and commencement.

  1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Prohibition of Absorption of Employees of State Government Public Sector Undertakings into public Service Act, 1997.
  2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 26th November, 1996.
