Savings

Nothing in this Act shall apply to (i) any medical care establishment established or administered or maintained by the Central or the State Government or any local authority or body constituted by or under any statute of a competent Legislature; and (ii) any psychiatric Hospital or psychiatric nursing home established or maintained under the Mental Health Act, 1987.
