  1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Grant-in-Aid (Regulation) Act, 1988.
  2. (2) It shall apply to all private educational institutions in the State.
  3. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 13th July, 1985.
