This Act amends the Andhra Pradesh Payment of Salaries and Pension and Removal of Disqualifications Act, 1953. It allows Ministers, Deputy Ministers, the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker and the Chief Whip and Whips in the Assembly to receive a repayable advance to buy a motor car. It also changes other provisions of the Act on the salaries, allowances and pensions of members.
