Collector, the appellate authority on the Government under this Act or in respect of any other matter falling within the scope of any of those authorities.

Power to give directions :-The Government may give such directions to the Board as appear to them to be necessary for carrying out any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule, notification or order made hereunder and the Board shall comply with every such directions.
