Amendment of section 2, Act 14 of 1963.

In section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh Non-Agricultural Lands Assessment Act, 1963 (hereinafter referred to as principal Act),- (i) after clause (f) the following shall be inserted, namely :- "(ff) 'Mandal Revenue Officer ' means the Mandal Revenue Officer in whose jurisdiction the land or part thereof is situate and includes any officer empowered by the Revenue Divisional Officer to exercise the powers and perform the functions of a Mandal Revenue Officer under this Act"; (ii) clause (g) shall be omitted.
