Statutory text
- (1) The Safety Commissioner shall prepare, in such form and in such time, for each financial year, as may be prescribed, an annual report giving a full account of its activities during the previous financial year.
- (2) The State Government shall cause the annual report of the Safety Commissioner to be laid, after its receipt, before each House of the State Legislature.
